I hope your new year is off to a great start! We have a lot going on at the Folsom Zoo Sanctuary right now, from cubs to construction it is never a dull moment.
Please Pardon our Dust!
 The Zoo Sanctuary is undergoing a face-lift and while completely open to the public we apologize for the "ruff" conditions. The Entry is being repaved and it may be difficult for individuals with disabilities to maneuver the open dirt. Our new Aviary, delayed by all the rain is rapidly approaching completion! Lastly, the fencing that will contain our new bear cub Henry is almost finished. To see the latest visit our photo gallery!
Keeping up with the Kids...
 We wish you could see our new Cougar kitten and our bear cub Henry in person! The kitten is getting use to her new home and Henry's full enclosure is almost done. (He can "bear-ly" stand it!!) In the mean time Zookeepers Amy and Jill have been keeping us up to date on their growth and progress. Just visit us on the web to read more of their adventures and to see their lasted photos. Lastly don't forget to vote on a name our new Cougar kitten! The voting ends this Friday! Just visit our home page!
