Annual Holiday with the Animals
Join us Saturday, December 13th at 11:00am as Santa arrives to deliver special presents to all the animals at the Folsom City Zoo Sanctuary! It's always an adventure to watch them (hunt down and) tear into thier gifts with the excitement of the holidays!
- Santa will be on hand to visit with the kids
- We will have warm cider and cookies for everyone to enjoy

Wild Nights and Holiday Lights At the Folsom Zoo Sanctuary
December 5 & 6, 12 & 13, and 17-23
(Note: schedule subject to change dependent on weather conditions) Celebrate the magic of the season and help support the amazing animals at the Folsom Zoo Sanctuary!Thousands of colorful lights illuminate the zoo's buildings, grounds, and animal exhibits, and lighted animal characters and decorations add charming touches. Santa visits each night to listen to holiday wishes, and zoo bear mascot Santa Paws is on hand to greet guests and pose for photo ops. Some of the zoo residents receive special treats during the event, and Zoo Docents answer questions and share fun stories and facts about the animals. Caroling groups and musicians fill the air with the cheery sounds of the season. Take a fun night ride on the "Starlight Express" miniature live steam train (tickets $4/person).Admission: $5/person; ages under 2 are free

Growl, Howl and Wine is a benefit for the Folsom City Zoo Sanctuary with music and unique auction items to raise funds to enhance the lives of our wildlife and the community programs that teach responsible behavior towards all animals.
Local wineries, micro-brewers and restaurants along with a few of our Zoo animal friends will be represented in this annual event and celebration.
